An Amazing Weekend in the Major Leagues

Wow, when has so much happened in one weekend in MLB? Let's recap:

Tom Glavine Pitches His 300th Victory
When the next pitcher to reach this is anyones guess. The closest is Randy Johnson with 284 but he just had what could be career ending back surgery. The only reason I can be happy for him is the fact that he's not a Brave anymore.

Alex Rodriguez is Youngest Player to Hit 500 Home Runs
He's actually surpassed the second fastest, Jimmie Foxx, by almost 1 year. Although he is the youngest he is not the fastest. He's behind Mark McGwire and Babe Ruth for that honor. Next in line to break the record is Ryan Howard (of the Phillies of course).

Barry Bonds Ties Hank Aaron
To all you haters out there...Nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah!
Why is everyone such clones? The media came down on Barry because he's a solitary person and doesn't like talking to reporters. They started bashing him, the whole country followed. It comes down to being innocent until proven guilty. It's MLB's fault they were scared to force their cry-baby millionaires to do mandatory drug testing a long time ago. Go Barry!

Yeah he might have changed a little in stature but come on, not that much, look below at his rookie picture.... ;)
